RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For products purchased from Atelier Babbi - atelierbabbi.com, the return and exchange period is 14 DAYS from the date of the invoice, provided that the products are in defective . We cover the shipping costs for exchange and return processes. Shipments that will be covered by us must be sent only through our contracted shipping companies. Shipments sent with payment to us by other courier companies will not be accepted.

When you make a product return, after the product is approved upon inspection, your payment will be refunded in accordance with your payment method.

• If you made your payment with a credit card, your refund will be credited to your card within 7 business days.
• If you paid with the cash-on-delivery option, your refund will be transferred to the IBAN number you provide within 7 business days.
• In the case of product returns, if your basket total falls below our shipping threshold, you will not be eligible for our free shipping offer during the return process. However, the return shipping cost is covered by us. For example, if you made a purchase of $75 or more and received free shipping, and then you returned the product, even though there are 2 shipping services in this case, only 1 shipping fee will be deducted from your balance, and you will receive a payment of $70. In the case of a purchase of less than $75, for example, if you made a purchase of $70 TL, you will pay $70, including shipping, so during the return, only the product cost of $70 TL will be refunded to you. The cash-on-delivery fee is not a refundable amount because it is a fee charged by shipping companies for providing this service.

NOTE: In the interest of customer satisfaction, we do not request any expense from our customers in any circumstances in case of errors made by us.

Except for special shipping campaigns, orders of $75 and above on our website are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. For all conditional free shipping offers, if you choose the cash-on-delivery option for your order, a service fee for cash-on-delivery will be added.

DELIVERY TIME

Every product you order is shipped within 24 hours under normal circumstances. However, taking into account exceptional situations, we can provide a shipping and delivery time of 1-5 business days. Our most important goal is to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible.
