RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Atelier Babbi - atelierbabbi.com, the return and exchange period for products purchased is 14 DAYS from the invoice date in the case of defective products. We cover the shipping costs for return and exchange transactions. However, shipments should be made only through the courier companies we have agreements with. Shipments sent as "cash on delivery" through other courier companies will not be accepted.

When you return a product, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method after the product has been inspected and approved.

• If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to your card within 7 business days.
• If you paid using the cash-on-delivery option, your refund will be transferred to the IBAN number you provide within 7 business days.

In case of product returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your order total, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

For example:

• You made a purchase of $200, benefited from free shipping, and decided to return your order. The return shipping cost (e.g., $50) will be deducted, and $150 will be refunded to you.
• You made a purchase of $140, paid a $50 shipping fee, and your total payment amounted to $190. In case of a return, both the initial shipping fee ($50) and the return shipping fee ($50) will be covered by the customer, leaving $90 to be refunded.
• For international shipments, if the package is returned without being received by the customer, the costs will be borne by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Please note: The cash-on-delivery fee is a non-refundable service fee collected by courier companies to provide this payment method.

NOTE: To ensure customer satisfaction, we do not charge our customers any fees in cases where the issue is caused by us.

Except for special shipping campaigns, orders of $150 or more on our website are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Please note that if you choose the cash-on-delivery option for your order, a service fee will be added for this payment method, even if free shipping applies.

Delivery Time

All products you order are normally shipped within 24 hours. However, considering exceptional circumstances, delivery and shipping times may range between 1-5 business days. Our primary goal is to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible.
